About the role:

We’re on the cusp of something big here at ROOM. We’re changing the way the world works, and we’re searching for a passionate, confident and creative self-starter to join us as a Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) are responsible for working leads from our largest and highest potential accounts. SDR’s will follow-up with these inquiries to schedule meetings for the Enterprise Account Executives. This role will have the ability to work with some of the best professional brands in the world and we need someone who can be incredibly professional, passionate about our space, and assertive to help move customers along in their journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect (call, email) leads who have expressed interest in ROOM’s solution
  • Schedule meetings and showroom visits for the Enterprise Account Executive
  • Convey ROOM’s value proposition to help acquire new customers
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via livechat and phone
  • Update every action in our CRM (Salesforce) to help us understand what is and isn’t working
  • Have a great time in a hard-working yet casual environment!

Who you are:

  • You have a deep passion for sales and you are always looking to be on top of the leaderboard
  • You around a year of sales or customer facing experience
  • You can multitask incredibly well and are prepared to function in an environment where you will be working to schedule around 50 calls per month
  • You’re insanely curious- especially about new categories (like phone booths)
  • You’re data-driven and can pay attention to the details needed for data integrity
  • You operate well in fast moving environments without a lot of oversight
